HP ProBook 440 G6 14 is a full-featured laptop designed to meet the demands of your growing business. It has a range of security features and is packed with a battery life that allows you to work anywhere. It also has a durable chassis with plenty of connectivity options to suit your needs.

It has an aluminum lid and base with a nice texture, and it weighs just over three pounds. Inside is an 8th generation Intel Core i5 processor and 8GB of RAM. The screen is a 14 inch 60 Hz panel with a 1366 x 768 resolution. The battery provides more than 10 hours of runtime away from a power outlet, and it can charge up in about two hours when it’s not being used.

If you plan to use this laptop for PC gaming, you’ll need to opt for the optional NVIDIA GeForce discrete graphics. Otherwise you’ll be stuck with the integrated UHD Graphics 620 which is fine for office use but will struggle to run anything beyond DOTA2 on low settings.

Another great feature is HP’s “Health-Guard” display technology which reduces the negative blue light on your eyes that can cause headaches and eye strain. It does this by eliminating the harmful Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) on all brightness levels. It does this while still keeping the colors perceptually accurate.

There are plenty of ports for your accessories and expansions on the left side of the device including a barrel plug connector, USB Type-C 3.1 (Gen. 1) with no Thunderbolt sadly, an RJ-45 Ethernet port and an HDMI connection. There is also a SD card reader, a combo audio jack and a microphone jack. The right side of the device has a power button, a Kensington lock slot and two USB Type-A 3.1 (Gen. 1) ports.

The keyboard is roomy and comfortable, and it has a backlight that comes on when you press the keys. There are lots of shortcuts for your favorite programs, and the trackpad is large and responsive. It is also easy to open and close with just one finger.

The Intel Core i5-8265U CPU is a powerful option for this laptop. It has six cores and eight threads for a lot of multitasking power. You’ll be able to edit videos and images in Photoshop with ease. You’ll also be able to play some PC games at a reasonable level with the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 GPU that this model has. However, you’ll need to opt for the NVIDIA option if you plan on playing more demanding titles like Fortnite or Apex Legends. If you don’t need a dedicated GPU this laptop is an excellent choice for your growing business. You can also get a faster CPU and more memory if you need to do some serious work on this laptop. But be prepared to pay a bit more for these upgrades. For more information about HP ProBook 440 G6, click here. The price varies depending on your configuration and retailer, so check the listing.
